Will my power be interrupted when I switch?
No. Switching suppliers does not affect your physical electricity or gas delivery — there's no service interruption.
What is a fixed-rate plan?
A fixed-rate plan locks in your per-kWh (or per-therm) rate for the length of your contract term, so your rate doesn't change with market prices.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Most Blue Label Energy plans have no cancellation fee. Any exceptions are listed clearly in your plan's terms before you enroll.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The rate you see at enrollment is the rate you pay for your contract term — no enrollment fees and no surprise line items.
